Where you attend our trainings or meting via distance communication platforms

Your following personal data is processed based on the legal grounds of the explicit consent, the data controller’s legitimate interest, the drawing up and implementation of a contract, fulfilment of contractual obligations, and making the same public by the person concerned with the limited purpose of taking lecture records, using such records for the issuance of a certificate, continuing your educational activities during the COVID-19 Pandemic, avoidance of any educational interruption, and fulfilment of contractual obligations by means of the communication made via record monitor and distance communication platform and of recoding the same. 

  • Name and Surname, City, your Company, Audiovisual Records (it is not obligatory to use your camera and microphone to participate in training sessions. If, depending on your preference, you activate your camera and microphone, the distance communication platform will process your sound and video records.), your payment details if a tuition is paid. 
  • According to the announcement of the Personal Data Protection Board dated 07.04.2020, your sound and video data may, in some cases, be considered as a biometrics data (sensitive personal data). It is not obligatory to use your camera and microphone to participate in training sessions. If, depending on your preference, you activate your camera and microphone, you sound and video records will be processed on the basis of your explicit consent and since this data can also be considered as biometric data, please read the distance communication platform’s privacy policy.

Your personal data is not directly collected by our Company, and it is collected by means of the own methods distance communication platform, where attendees come together, in connection with the video meting organization.

The personal data that consists of the said audiovisual records and the sensitive personal data that can be considered as biometric data are viewable by the attendees of online applications organized as a classroom. You may choose not to share the same by not activating your voice and image. Where you choose the share, such data shall be deemed to have been transferred to users.

The lecture recording is made to extent permitted by distance communication platform. In connection with your attendance in training, your name and surname details will be used for issuing a certificate for your and the certificate so issued will be delivered to you and your organization.

Since the distance communication platform is based abroad and its servers are located abroad, your personal data and, if your attend with your voice and image, your sensitive personal data that can be considered as a biometric data will be deemed to have been transferred abroad under Article 9 of the Law 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data.

You should enrol in our training program should you give your explicit consent to the processing and transfer of your personal data as explained above. Otherwise, you can participate in our physical trainings to be organized subsequent to the Pandemic.

If you attend in our Physical Trainings,

Your following personal data is collected on the basis of the enrolment form and during the face-to-face training via automatic and non-automatic methods and processed on the basis of the legal ground of the data controller’s legitimate interest.

  • Name and Surname, City, your Company, Audiovisual Records, and your payment details if a tuition is paid. 

If you deny photograph taking, you may choose to sit in the designated area where allocate for such purpose. We make our photography and video shootings from the rear in such a way that it does not permit the identification of persons and they are posted on our website in this way. 

Your personal data can be transferred to the following recipient groups in all of the aforesaid cases.

  • Your Personal Data can be shared with the “Competent Public Organizations and Institutions” based on the legal grounds that it is explicitly prescribed in the Laws, obligatory for the fulfilment of legal duties as a data controller, and the data controller’s legitimate interests with an aim to fulfil our obligations for sharing information and documentation and also our other legal obligations under the relevant regulations.
