Rotary Converting Machine for Sterilisation Reels - RG 450
This machine produces sterilisation reels from two reels of medical paper and film, or other complexes (please contact us for further details).
The production of hospital reels is manufactured from pre-printed paper or Tyvek® with sterilisation indicators and a laminated film.
The reels, which are adjustable in length up to 200 m, are manufactured at speeds of up to 17m/min depending on the type of material used.
The fully servo-driven winding station is equipped with 2- or 4-reels holder (in option) to double the output.
