The VPM 300 pouching machine produces vertically peelable packaging from medical-grade sterilization tubing made of paper/film, Tyvek®/film, or other composites such as aluminum/aluminum.

The material feed and pre-cutting station allows for the introduction of the product(s), followed by a sealing/cross-cutting operation controlled by three servomotors.

A touchscreen terminal allows for the control and adjustment of all machine parameters and saves them as a recipe.

The machine allows for the packaging of one or more products in the same container, depending on the operator’s filling rate. The production of empty pouches is also possible.

This pouching machine is also available in a film-sealing version – VPM 300 PE – which operates using PE tubing rolls.
